Terms and Conditions for working with business customers (B2B).
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between pinbobs Yücel Ispir, Leibnizstr. 5, 90766 Fürth, Germany (hereinafter "Pinbobs") and its business customers (companies, clubs, institutions and similar) for the development, sampling and delivery of custom PVC promotional products (charms, NFC products, patches) and accessories.
Offers by Pinbobs are non-binding. A contract is concluded when the customer accepts an offer from Pinbobs in writing (including by e-mail) or Pinbobs confirms an order in writing.
Before series production begins, the customer receives a production sample for review. Series production only begins after written approval of the sample. Change requests made after approval may result in additional costs and extended deadlines.
The prices stated in the respective quote apply. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), Pinbobs does not charge VAT. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the terms stated in the quote.
Stated delivery dates are non-binding estimates unless expressly designated as binding. They are subject to timely and complete sample approval by the customer.
The customer warrants that they are entitled to use the logos, trademarks and designs provided for production, and indemnifies Pinbobs against any third-party claims in this respect. Unless otherwise agreed, custom-developed designs are used exclusively for the customer.
The statutory warranty rights apply unless otherwise specified below. Minor, production-related deviations in colour or size from the approved sample do not constitute a defect.
Pinbobs is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as in accordance with the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, Pinbobs is only liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Fürth, Germany.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
